UWIB “International Women’s Day” Features Networking & Cycling 

EVENT: The United Women in Business Foundation (UWIB) is collaborating with SWERVE Fitness to present an event on “International Women’s Day,” where women in New York City can partake in a FREE  SWERVE cycling workout followed by a networking event.

Program Agenda:

/ Refreshments – 6:00PM – 6:30PM

SWERVE Fitness Class – 6:30PM – 7:30PM

Event Conclusion / Networking – 7:30PM – 8:00PM

Why Should You Attend?

This event is FREE and will include a complimentary spin session, refreshments, and an opportunity to network with over 50 members of the UWIB Foundation in a casual setting.  This is a great chance to commemorate International Women’s Day while getting in a good workout and connecting with other ambitious women in the city. RSVP for Free HERE.

What is International Women’s Day: International Women’s Day, originally called International Working Women’s day, is a movement celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievement of women.

When & Where is the Event: The event will occur on March 8, 2017 at 6:00PM – 8:00PM at the new SWERVE Fitness location in Midtown, at 21 West 46th Street New York, NY  10036.

SWERVE Fitness is an indoor cycling studio with locations in Flatiron, Midtown and Montauk. Class is a 45-minute rhythm ride and the bikes are arranged into three teams (red, green and blue), so you’re always supported and never singled out. Tackle hills, sprints, and even upper body exercises in specially-designed and clinically-proven High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that’s great for all levels!”
