The Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W), the New York based non-profit organization dedicated to connecting, educating and empowering women and young girls around the globe, held its Inaugural International Women’s Day Awards Gala on March 7, 2014 at the esteemed Harvard Club of New York in midtown Manhattan. This wonderful and historic evening brought together women from diverse backgrounds.. including Fortune 500 executives, international diplomats, Grammy-award winning musicians, editors, entrepreneurs, world-renowned fashion models and community leaders hailing from all parts of the United States, Africa and India.
