Her role is to test, re-test and ultimately drive the organization’s overarching vision, strategy, and tactical direction. The CoachDiversityteam delivers training and curriculum for to-be coaches and customized diversity and leadership programs for corporate and individual clients.



Lilian Ajayi Ore: Founder & CEO of  Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W), an award-winning not-for-profit organization headquartered in New York City, with a reach of 3.5 million people worldwide. GC4W is the recipient of BEST Manhattan charity for 5 consecutive years. GC4W is one of the leading international non-profits of the millennium in the areas of gender equality, women empowerment, and youth empowerment. I sit on the leadership and advisory boards of a few startup companies and not-for-profit organizations. I served on the board of Harvard Crimson impact at the Harvard Club of New York, and the Jr. Board of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club. Lilian Ajayi Ore is an award-winning Digital Marketing Strategist and Big Data Analytics executive with over 16 years of relevant industry experience. Adam Stedham is a passionate workforce transformation leader.  He is the President of GP Strategies Corporation, a global performance improvement company with over 4,600 employees.  He has worked throughout Europe, APAC, and North America. Adam has significant expertise in global operations, adult learning, process design, and human performance improvement. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Anderson University, a Masters of Adult Education from Ball State University, and he is completing his doctorate in the University of Pennsylvania CLO program.



Marc Cole serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for an organization of more than 700 employees,planning, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day administrative and business management activities for the Supervision, Enforcement and Fair Lending Division (SEFL), including budget formulation and execution, human capital management, information technology (IT) user support, manager training and space management. 



Colonel Timothy Dreifke: as the Commandant of the NATO School Oberammergau, Colonel Timothy Dreifke commands a faculty and staff representing 22 different NATO and Partnership for Peace nations that are responsible for the education and development of more than 10,000 students per year through 115 different formal education courses. Previously, Colonel Dreifke served as the Dean of Academics at the NATO School. Colonel Dreifke was commissioned through AFROTC in 1993 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.




Roti Balogun is the Global Head of Organization & Talent Development for GE Power. He focuses on learning experience design, strategy, consulting and execution of all executive, functional and professional competence development programs, whilst delivering bespoke GE Crotonville Leadership experiences. With over a decade of experiences at Ericsson in the region, his worked in multiple roles through strategic people management, competence and talent management, business partnering for the outsourcing.
