April 7, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

How many times have you tried to incorporate change in your life to no avail? Ranging from the prosaic, “I want to exercise three times a week,” to more profound change that can reshape your entire life, it can feel insurmountable to create these shifts for ourselves. In this segment, we will examine why change is so difficult and how we can make steps forward to affect change in our lives.
