Entrée Summer Tartine Harvest with Culinary Chef Madison Papp.

As a chef, Madison Papp takes a distinct and progressive approach to food, flavor, and cooking using a balance of fantasy, elegance, and unbridled vibrance. Born and raised in New York City, she applies an interdisciplinary approach to cuisine, drawing inspiration from local markets, antiquarian cookbooks, and global foodways. Part of her magic comes from her ability to create a beautiful experience, seamlessly transporting her audience. Madison’s warm and dynamic presence has made her a favorite amongst brands looking to create engaging and innovative content within the scope of food and beyond. When she is not in the kitchen, Madison enjoys turning her apartment into a photo studio/wonderland, developing recipes, and shooting fun, lifestyle content.

For the past seven years, she has been an active member of the Park Avenue Armory, a local and esteemed non-profit in New York City dedicated to the exploration and display of unconventional visual and performing arts that cannot be mounted in traditional performance halls and museums. She is equally passionate in her support of their Arts Education Program which aids underserved public schools with creative educational initiatives including paid, project-oriented internships for high school students who attend schools with whom the Armory has a close relationship. She currently serves as the co-chair of their Avant Garde young patrons program and is a longstanding committee member for their annual gala.

This journey took her from Texas to Nigeria, where she opened 3 physical store locations. She has created flavors for and led partnerships with many exciting brands such as Moet & Chandon, Pepsi, Guinness, and Baileys, to mention a few. She has catered major concerts for Pepsi, serving over 3000 people.
