New York, May 15th, 2015 – On Friday May 15th, 2015, Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W), the international non-profit organization dedicated to connecting, educating and empowering women and young girls around the globe, will be celebrating the 3rd year anniversary of its founding with an Exclusive Executive Fundraiser and Awards event, which will be held at the New York Stock Exchange in New York City (USA).
The exclusive GC4W anniversary event is will be held mid summer at one the most prestigious locations on Wall Street – at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Additionally, to commemorate the work that has been done by GC4W during its first 3 years since inception, a select group of worthwhile Global leaders and Senior Executives who exemplify the mission and ideals of GC4W – will be presented with the Global Leadership Award for their outstanding contributions and investment in humanity.
In a recent remarks by Chief Temitope Ajayi, the Honorable Chair of Global Connections of Women Foundation (GC4W) and Goodwill Ambassador of the State of Arkansas and Maryland – “We are thrilled for the opportunity to host the 3 year anniversary celebration of the Global Connections for Women Foundation on Wall Street – for it is a gentle reminder of the value of investing in human capital. For investing in human capital is another form of empowerment with tremendously returns on investment – one that transcends in value, which are felt by both Local and Global Economies.”

The proceeds from the 3 year anniversary celebration will benefit the GC4W programs and projects including the New School Development Fund for Disabled Girls in Karamajiji, Abuja.
With recent events such as the GC4W International Women’s Day Awards & Benefit Gala at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC as well as broad-impact projects such as the GC4W Dream Job Project, the Mother’s Day collaboration and the upcoming GC4W Working Moms Expo in Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center.
The 3 year anniversary celebration is part of the continued series of high profile initiatives led by the Global Connections for Women Foundation with our mission to connect, educate and empower our global communities.
