Q: Can you comment on the tenacity and power of women in business? on changemakers.com
A: Generally women are not considered to be risk takers. But I have not seen that. I’ve always seen that in spite of so many hurdles, they want to start businesses, they want to expand, they want to try new things and take a risk. This is the power that women have. And if they are leading the business they are going to grow something very different. I realize that [a woman] knows exactly what she wants and she knows how the problems can be solved. It is a matter of us to listening to her. The most important part is that they know we listen to them. [Together] we’ll find the solutions.
