GC4W Entrepreneurship Program: Cohort One – An Uplifting and a Transformative Educational Experience. The Global Connections for Women Foundation(GC4W) created the GC4W Entrepreneurship Program to support female entrepreneurs in transforming their business and developing their business ideas. We had an impressive group of 16 entrepreneurs from various parts of the world including the United States, Canada, Kenya, Portugal, and Nigeria.
The first cohort of entrepreneurs embarked on their educational journey as the program guided them through online and in-person lessons. Students came from different countries across the world and each student brought her own unique perspective to the class, creating interesting discussions and great networking opportunities.
GC4W – created to connect, educate, and empower – combined its business expertise with women empowerment to host a program for female founders who are at any place in their entrepreneurial journey. With esteemed faculty, business coaches, and fellow founders, students learned business strategies, key entrepreneurship concepts, leadership skills, and success tips along with various lessons that could be implemented in the building of their own company.
Entrepreneurs who successfully complete the GC4W 5-day intensive program and other entrepreneurs who are interested in developing their leadership skills and transforming their business are invited to apply to participate in the upcoming GC4W Advanced Program for Entrepreneurs.
By the end of the program, students were more than pleased with the knowledge provided and the confidence instilled in them from the course. With an 100% satisfaction rating, students felt that it was an inspiring and informative experience. The feedback from student was appreciative and joyous as they shared their highlights from the program.
