MATCHA GREEN SMOOTHIE

This healthy matcha green smoothie is the perfect protein packed way to start your morning. With a little extra caffeine for your morning!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 scoop Vital Protein’s Matcha Collagen Powder
  • 1/2 large banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 date, pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Pulse a few times to combine everything.
  2. Turn speed up to highest setting and blend until completely combined and smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add some more almond milk. Pour into a large glass (or a bowl for a smoothie bowl!) and garnish with almond butter, bananas, and dates! Enjoy!
