Dr. Lilian Ajayi Ore is a Chief Learning Officer, Data Scientist, and Chief Marketing Officer with over 17 years of industry experience. She is the Founder of the Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W), a not-for-profit organization that believes in women and girls and their ability to create new opportunities for themselves and their communities. GC4W is the recipient of several honorary awards including the Best Manhattan Charity for 8 consecutive years since 2015. A University Lecturer at NYU and Columbia University.
As a global shaper and learning leader, Dr. Ajayi-Ore has been invited to give a keynote address on topics related to economic empowerment, gender equality and women empowerment, and business leadership. She has given an address at the United Nations (headquarters in New York), The World Bank, United Nations Development Program, UNFPA, Toronto World Leadership Forum, Social Media Week (New York), Microsoft, among others. A: “I am a women and girls global advocate, who believes in the importance of creating programs that provide a unique opportunity to assist them in succeeding in life. I am also a believer in partnerships and collaborations that will essentially create more open doors for women and girls to succeed.”
