Ham and Swiss Quesadilla

Ham and Swiss cheese are a match made in heaven folded inside this quesadilla!
Ready in 10 minutes, this recipe is super easy to make. It’s also a great way to use some leftover ham, cheese, and tortillas in your fridge.
Of course, this quesadilla is best when served hot. That crisp tortilla and melted cheese are simply irresistible!
INGREDIENTS FOR HAM AND SWISS QUESADILLA
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 18-inch flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Place 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Place tortilla in to toast.
- Break up swiss cheese and layer over one half of the tortilla.
- Add ham over the cheese and fold tortilla in half.
- Cook to a desired crispiness on both sides.
- Cut into wedges to serve as an appetizer.
